Our Mission

Midwest Business Capital was formed for the purpose of providing secured asset-based financing to well managed viable businesses that are unable to obtain the necessary working capital through more traditional channels.  We believe in building relationships with our clients that are based on open communication, honesty, and integrity. 

Asset-based lending differs from the more traditional bank lending approach in that asset-based lenders make credit decisions largely on the availability (value) of collateral and, to a lesser extent, on historical earnings and cash flow.  Midwest Business Capital concentrates on assisting businesses that exhibit a higher degree of leverage and historically marginal cash flow, yet still possess the management talent and product/marketing momentum to ultimately succeed as a viable business enterprise.  Since we are representing a higher credit risk than more traditional financing, our clients must demonstrate they have the quality and quantity of collateral coverage to permit asset-based financing, assuring adequate loan to collateral margin. 

Our goal is to provide comprehensive solutions and immediate cash flow to our clients, allowing them the opportunity to grow their businesses to their fullest potential, and eventually being able to move back to a conventional lending source.
